About the author: After five years as a TV reporter and anchor all over the country, Maureen went into reality programming.
This included being the first contestant on CBS’s Power of Ten with Drew Carey, and in 2009 being a contestant on the reality show Solitary 3.0. While continuing to work in sales, Maureen branched out into modeling, acting, and writing.
Maureen is currently the co-owner of NW Productions, a media and productions company that can produce Red Carpet events or reality shows. (Click here to produce your next event with us.) She's also the co-president of the Seattle Ascend Chapter, sits on the board of the International Examiner, and is the co-executive producer of the Miss WA USA, Miss WA Teen USA, Miss Idaho USA, Miss Idaho Teen USA, Miss Montana USA and Miss Montana Teen USA empowering young women to live their best lives. In addition, Maureen is a contributor for multiple media outlets and has been interviewed by Forbes and has written for the Huffington Post and Young Upstarts.com. She's appeared in more than 50 media outlets as a contributor, expert or talent. It's not uncommon to find Maureen on TV speaking about skills you need in the workplace.
